I love pies. I love baking, eating and making pies. But what it leaves me so frustrated when Im baking one is the moment when I discover that my bottom crust is undercooked. Not because I hadn’t followed carefully the recipe, but due to the pan or other factors (like the liquid that fruits release). Of course it leaves me sad to see my pie undercooked, but it gives me motivation to practise even more to reach the perfect pie. This is why I love baking: I can learn with every attempt and get better over time, taking pleasure of it everytime!
